After you have purchased your home, you may have some thoughts as to minor changes, or extras above our standard specifications. This can cover anything from changing to a granite work top (if property is an apartment), choosing different handles, including roman steps to a swimming pool, accommodating for a spa on the roof terrace or in the garden, extending the verandas, changing bathroom to a shower room, electrical changes, just to name a few. In these instances you may discuss your requirements with your sales assistant at Golden Land, or, as it is often the case, you can consider the options and want to discuss them after the purchase. In either case, you will ultimately discuss everything with our After Sales Administrator, who will go through the plans with you and make a record of all your requirements. After we have discussed everything in detail with the Site Manager and suppliers we will then determine in some cases the feasibility of your requirements and any costs involved in meeting them.

Once we have any relevant information and pricing for any extra costs involved, our Administrators will prepare for you a written quotation, which when you agree, you will have to sign. The extras will then be recorded and undertaken on your behalf and in most instances any payment for these extras can be made at an agreed time.
