 Anaxagoras & Son Ltd was established as a building construction company 26 years ago and experienced in the building of hotels, commercial premises and also subcontracted on many occasions to build developments for some of the most renowned corporate organizations in Cyprus.

 In the year 2000, Mr. Anaxagoras Georgiou,  recognizing the expansion of the residential property market and the increasing demand for quality properties, established the Company - Golden Land Developers Ltd., as the marketing and sales company for the construction company A. Anaxagoras & Son Ltd.

 Golden Land soon felt the need of having its own architectural department to extend their services, and get a higher level of quality design. Mr. Louis Anaxagoras, the son of the company owner, completed Civil Engineer & Architectural studies and in 2005 established a successful business, mainly oriented to private investors. In 2008 Mr. Louis Anaxagoras joined company as the Managing Director.
